JD Market actively searches for commercial (retail and/or office) property for its investment portfolio. Primarily, JD Market prefers southern California real estate in B+ and better markets and especially street retail in highly dense and traffic areas. JD Market also searches for long term residential property with rent upside in similar areas. Properties requiring re-positioning in the market, including remodel and/or rebuilding are also of interest to the Company.
As part of the concept of “one-stop” service for our investors, The Management is a fully staffed property management company which operates the various real estate investments. The Management handles maintenance, financial services, leasing and all other needs to keep the investments efficiently operating on a day to day basis. The Company does not perform services for properties not managed or controlled by Jeff Katofsky, so there are no “third-party” clients.
